 General conditions of sale
- The residence reserves the right to refuse the reservation if the accredited official organizations would not validate the number of bank card.
- The reservation is regarded as farm and final as from the reception of the installment by the residence.
- Generally, the arrival with the residence must be done before 20 hours (standard time of the home country).
- For an arrival beyond this hour, the customer will have to contact the residence by telephone.
- One is reminded that, all the residences not having a service of night, it is up to the customer to make all the provisions with respect to the residence relating to the conditions and hour of arrival.
- The tariffs of lodging indicated at the time of the reservation are likely to be modified by the residence according to the number of people occupying the apartment(s).
- The payment of the stay and the additional services is carried out directly with the residence.
- The reservation is guaranteed to the tariffs and the conditions indicated for this period.
- These tariffs and conditions are likely not to be renewed for later reservations.
Conditions of cancellation
- A reservation can be cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival in charge.
- If canceled within 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged.
